Mandy Bites on Aging

SCHEDULE THE ELITE RETWEAK

🧮

  1. Q: “How old are you?” A: Ageless, timeless, eternal and everlasting.

  2. You’re supposed to get better with age; not worse.

  3. Never better. Always better.

  4. I am always in my prime.

  5. The glow up is infinite when you keep current with yourself.

  6. If you’re not getting hotter by the day, you’re doing it wrong.

  7. It’s only a body. And it will (re)turn to nothing soon enough.

  8. I’d feel afraid, too, if I wasn’t in charge of myself.

  9. Your story about it is not the truth of IT.

  10. Resisting aging ages you.

  11. The energy of ‘fighting against’ is more disruptive and detrimental to your system than the thing you’re fighting against.

  12. It’s not that you slow down the aging process when you exist naturally. It’s that you accelerate the aging process when you don’t.

  13. I haven’t lost my magic. And that’s how I know I’ve won.

  14. I don’t care how it appears. I know what’s going on.

  15. The greatest cosmic joke is that we take any of this shit seriously.

  16. Anything you rely on will be stripped from you. You may as well strip yourself.

  17. Death is nothing more than dropping form and remaining formless.

  18. Everything makes you more. Regardless of what you’ve ‘lost’.

  19. If you only have it because you’re holding on, you don’t have IT. It has you.

  20. anchored and untethered

  21. The truth of now voids the story of then.

  22. Heaven is being exactly who and where you are.

  23. Follow yourself to get to heaven.

  24. Less you. More YOU.

  25. The more you see through, the less interest you have in what you see.

  26. Here, right now, is the only place that's true.

  27. Everything you’re aiming for is just to be here now.

  28. It’s supposed to feel like this → ☁️ ☁️ ☁️

  29. Getting work done won’t quell the noise if the noise is what’s driving you to get it done.

  30. The compensatory drive to change your appearance is not about your looks / your body / the aging process.

  31. You can tell the difference between someone getting work done in an attempt to ‘hold on’ to something they perceive is fading (which is fear / illusion / compensation based), and someone getting work done for the fun of it, and simply because that’s the next true step that reflects the vision of themselves they want to step into.
