Despite being a Pastry Pimp, or maybe because I am, I decided to go sugar-free for at least 21 days.
Having legal crack aka Too Good Triangles at my disposal on the regular isn't always the greatest thing. I tend to eat whole batches in a day no problem (as is true for most TGT sweetlings), but I happen to have unlimited access to the stuff so like, I eat WAY more than I should.
So, it was time for a self-intervention to clean out the system and start things fresh.
The 21 Day Sugar-Free Challenge that I'm hosting on Facebook officially began Monday, September 26th, but I began going sugar-free a week ahead of that date. That's what inspired me to invite others to join me in the first place.
