It's official! I am incredibly proud to share that my beloved Too Good Triangles are now available at my absofavourite place to eat, Princess Cafe in uptown Waterloo! Both Classic TGT (right) and Vegan/Gluten-Free TGT (left) are being sold in JUMBO slices for all my KW sweetlings so please stop by to grab a slice. There's no better portal to tastebud heaven.
THE PRINCESS/TGT UNION
Choosing the Princess Cafe as my first home away from home for TGT happened so easily. My best friend, Melanie, and I were there for lunch one day and as I was looking at the dessert display I thought, "HEY, MY TGT WOULD LOOK GREAT IN THERE!".
So I approached Marc right then, and he remembered my dessert from two years prior when I brought him a complimentary batch just because I loved his cafe. He was 100% open to the idea and here we are!
Princess Cafe and I go waaaay back, I mean long before Marc even came on the scene. In 2008 I had my book release for The Poet & The Butterfly in the gallery downstairs at The Princess Twin, and my heart has been attached to this space ever since. Whenever I'm in Waterloo, it's customary for me to get the panini meal. It's everything!
Although having my TGT in shops was never my goal (it still isn't - I want to sell my recipes), I trust my heart and my intuition and anything along the way that makes me say or feel HECK YES! And merging with Princess Cafe makes me feel that way because I was already in love with it to begin with and there really is no better place for my special desserts. Watch me gush about it in the video below:
I'm so proud to see my treats at the Princess. I'm so happy to expose new soon-to-be TGT addicts to the dessert of their dreams. I'm so honoured to be aligned with a fabulous shop and business owner, and I'm grateful for all that's unfolding.
