In this week's Sexpot Studio video, I share a simple tool I have used for well over a decade to release mental clutter and sort out my thoughts and feelings on countless subjects in my life. It's an exercise called Morning Pages and it's from the book, The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path To Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron.

Fun Fact: I used Morning Pages as a tool for my beloved GODS & DIVAS, and many of them found great success with them. Better sleeps. No more nightmares. Some ah-ha moments. Peace of mind. Courage and clarity to name but a few.
