Since "What The Bleep Do We Know" came out (a favourite film of mine), I've been fascinated by Dr. Joe Dispenza's work. In the last few months I've been especially obsessed with his talks and interviews on YouTube about the science behind spontaneous remission, and today I finally got one of his books, Evolve Your Brain, from the library with another one of his books, Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself, on the way for me. (November 15, 2014 addition: I currently have the 2nd book in my hands! Read about it here.)
As I mentioned earlier this week, this is an incredible time of change for me (and for many people I know, apparently) and there are a number of aspects of myself and my life I am in the process of transforming.
I made two pretty substantial decisions this week, both of which went into effect on the same day. I'm not making either of them public at this point but basically I cut ties with two aspects of my past to leave my future wide open for a new creation. And that's just the beginning.
Where I'm currently headed is between me, myself and I, and I plan to use Dr. Joe's work and wisdom to guide me along this next chapter.
I truly believe that all conditions in our lives and in ourselves are self-created, and right now my focus is on creating things I have never experienced before. That's my idea of a great time.
What about you? What would you need to change in order to become the highest version of yourself?
A question worth pondering.
