After 54 days of waiting for it to become available at the library, this juicy book is finally in my hands. It's the follow up to "Evolve Your Brain" which I wrote about back in September. (Read about that here.)
If you care about transforming yourself and your life (who doesn't desire to become the highest vision of themselves?), I recommend you check out any of Dr. Joe's talks and interviews on YouTube (here's a recent one you might enjoy), or grabbing yourself a copy of any of his books. He's amazing at breaking down the scientific concepts behind the process of changing our minds and thus, ourselves and our lives.
I find his work so fascinating and see it as deeper and less 'airy-fairy' than the prevalent new-age systems that promise you quick fixes simply by reciting affirmations over and over. Thinking positive is not enough. We have to first dismantle the system already at play before we can rebuild one that will result in the permanent changes we truly desire. This takes sustained effort until it's as effortless as anything else we've learned along the way.
Positive thoughts on top of negative vibrations won't change a thing. Mind and body (thought and energy) need to be in alignment for change to occur, and in this book Dr. Joe outlines the exact process of how to do that.
I'm currently half way through and loving it, and I'm eager to get to the final section where I'll learn how to apply all that I've been learning about.
